Jingjing and Chacha, China's virtual internet cartoon cops, sometimes walk across select webpages on the Chinese 'net and say "远离淫秽色情倡导文明上网" and "拒色低俗内容弘扬和谐向上", which translates roughly as "eliminate obscene pornography, support a civilized 'net" and "resist pornographic, base and vulgar content, promote a harmonious [society]".
